About the Company

Azlan, LLC was founded in 2005 by carpenter Adam Iliff and real estate broker Zahra Hargens Iliff.  The company offers commercial and residential design project management and real estate consulting services to clients world-wide.

Azlan’s portfolio includes projects from apartment and commercial renovations in large metropolitan cities to picturesque luxury mountain homes. 

About the Founders

After spending several years as a carpenter for theatrical set designs in the greater Chicago area, Adam shifted his focus to commercial and loft renovation design, using his artistic background to provide clients with a unique, high quality product.  

Zahra attributes her background as an event planner and executive manager in the hospitality industry to her real estate success.  Licensed in 37 states, she has facilitated over 10 million dollars through luxury apartments, retail space, lofts, and custom built homes sales.
